Worst apartment complex in the area, hands down!!

I lived at Cedar Glenn for over 3 years. The prices are high. The area, while convenient, is terrible. What they don't tell you is you are living right next to Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. You better be used to ambulances screaming all night and hang your pictures well for when that medi-vac chopper goes up at 2 in the morning.
During my tenor at Cedar Glenn I had a issues with sewage flies coming up through the floor boards, a constantly clogging toilet and garbage disposal and a hole in the ceiling above my shower. Yes, a hole. The ceiling collapsed due to pipe issues in the apartment above mine. Nothing was done to fix the hole for over a year until I contacted the Allentown building inspector.
When I moved out I was moving into an area that NPI had a complex in. They offered me two free months rent and to carry over my security deposit and I still said no with out ever looking at the apartment. You would be much better off renting privately or from anyone else.
The only upside is the math equation they sent me to justify why I had to pay for new carpet when I left was funny. somethign like the time I lived there divided by the expected life of the carpet (whatever the hell that means) minus my security deposit equalled them keeping my security deposit. It must be that NPI math.
