Office staff VERY unpleasant, cold and nasty even. Maintenance took over 2 months to repair dishwasher after I repeatedly called them and finally sent letters. Then they made lame excuses for the repair order getting wet in the rain and they could not read it.
One resident gave a car as a gift to the maintenance staff. After that, she gets treated much better, even a new washer etc.
