Careful Renting under the New Madison Group Management

The Madison Group took over management of Cedar Glenn Apartments and now it is called Madison at Cedar Glen. The new management micromanages everything, which in turn has raised the rental rates significantly since I have been a resident. Madison also got rid of a lot of the experienced staff, who was much more mature towards the elderly renters. Madison Group also uses contractors now for a lot of the work that was previously done by on premises staff, so rents have significantly increased.
