I was robbed twice while living at Congress. My car was stolen and the rental office didn't care. When I filed a police report they said it was happens all the time and there's nothing they can do about it. The staff in the rental office is very rude and also treated this as an everyday occurance. They refused to let me out of my lease, even after proper procedures were followed. I cannot discourage this complex enough to anyone who is concerned for their safety and belongings. PLEASE BEWARE!!

I am also a resident at Congress for almost five years and have not had your expereinces and the types of responses from management. Who has an apartment broken into several times and their car stolen? Did you ever stop to think you were targeted or that it was done by someone you know? Its a nice place to live but the world is changing and people are crazy and it's getting worse but... you cannot place blame towards other people for what has happened to you except to those who committed the act. Even reporting it to the police, did they send a serach crew looking for your car? or even for the people who broke into your apartment? Let's think about it.
