I have lived here a year and a half I am in the process of breaking my lease now!! I hate it here,, the Niger that runs the offfice is just that a niger is you arent balck or spanish they dont care about you my shower hasnt worked in two days and they say its on the list'! what kinds of B.s is that!!! while living here do to the poor up keep on the uildings i have has several squarils come thru the roof into the walls of my apartment, which they refuse to fix do to cost'!! yet my rent just went up $75 a month this pass year!! they suck dont come here i cant wait to get out !!

I was just posting a review but was clicking through to view the opinions of others and I was just appalled by the what was written ~~calling people (-------) in 2006, spelling it (niger??) incorrectly as well as many other words and poorly using punctuation, if any at all. I think your opinion can be appreciated by many who opt to view apt. ratings.com but to reference someones culture or ethnicity in the manner you did, is uncalled for. Living here and being caucasion, I see many cultures and APPRECIATE diversity. I look at the office and the staff and I see diversity. Again, I have lived here a few years ~~and while I have had some maintenance issues as I would expect anywhere, I can say my overall experience has been a pleasant one and would encourage you to find a better way to intelligently express your opinion!

I agree with worryfree99's response. I think you seem to be a racist a-hole. This world is diverse now. Minorites have the same rights as you.So deal with it. And as for calling the manager a niger. Ha, how bout you learn how to spell. And you can't even say those were typos: niger, balck, squarils. Go back to school! how about if I call you trailer trash, or a redneck becuase that's exactly what you are.
