Good Experiences Always Aren't Shared....

I have lived in many apartments and have had good and bad expereinces but never thought about sharing the good experiences on a site like this. If I had to go on the fourteen (14) perceptions that I just read on this site, I would also discourage people from renting at Congress as well.
I believe EVERY apartment has positives and negatives. I THINK people should keep in mind that usually bad expereinces are shared in anger and frustration. Positive expereinces people don't think to share on a site like apt. ratings.com. All can't be that bad in a complex this size or could it' Hopefully, one person who reads this will ponder on that fact!
