I lived in Hidden Village for almost 2 years. I had complaints be ignored left and right. The only request filled was light bulb changes. When I sent letters to management they were ignored. When I went to talk to management I recieved unproffesionalism from the door. The manager (Bonnie Ruth) was rude and was of no help. I on many occasions had to ask for her managers name and number to get anything accomplished. When me and my room mate moved in we were greeted by a man. He had asked if we were moving in. Thinking that he was coming to say welcome, I am your new neighbor, we said yes. He had warned us his apartment had been broken into three times, and that management would not do anything for him. He even had to change his own locks. Five months later my roomate and another tenants cars got broken into. I encouraged other tenants to complain about poor lighting in the parking lots, and new lights were put in (course that goes with changing light bulbs). The apartment itself was nice, but when you have no one behind you it makes it difficult to live comfortably.
