Apartments are clean and fairly large. Laundry on first floor for $1.25 but machines are old and dryers need at least $2.00 to do the job. Noise is an issue since the airport is right next door and planes fly overhead all day and night. Lots of people have dogs so plenty of dog poo to avoid as you walk the groundds and can get quite smelly in warm weather. Barking dogs during the day will annoy the heck out of you especially if they are in the apartment above you. Security is poor and lighting in the parking lots is non existant. Plenty of cars were broken into during the year that I lived here and the office staff couldn't give a damn. The lights still don't work !!!! The pool is nice but a little small. I would definitely NOT recommend living here. For the price you pay bills you could get something a lot better.
