There is no privacy here. Management/maintenance enters with and without notice.
Water is shut down every 3-4 weeks, no warnings (due to construction I guess). Try to have all needs done before 9am.
The very next morning after the move I was awakened by a drill noise. Got out of bed and found a guy drilling in the kitchen (a cabinet was falling of the wall). I was so tired so just let it finish without a word.
Got flooded once from the above. Asked to check with upstairs people. Instead they sent a guy into my apartment and proudly told me everything was all right with my sink and bathtub.
After a winter snowstorm the plow pushed the snow off the driveway right into the parked cars. The wet snow quickly froze blocking all the cars. Then they took on cleaning remote sidewalks. Refused to help with the car. No shovel to borrow either.
Had to walk half a mile to a local store (thank god there is one nearby) to get a heavy duty shovel.
Bottom line. Not the worst place. Maint. people try to do something. It'd be better if they did not though. Management usually never tries to help, though things like leaking gas, falling off cabinet are addressed promptly.
It is probably difficult to expect any more from people getting pennies, while the owners are far away.
