Ok, but horrible management, noise, value for money

Overall I like my apartment but the site manager is extremely rude, had a bad attitude from the start and never responds to complaints/suggestons. My rent went up $25 for my second year lease. Stay away from this one. They will sell you on it being a classy place but once they've got you in a lease, they'll treat you like crap while jacking up your rent and refusing to accomodate even the most reasonable request.
