I have had a good experience living here so far. I like the hardwood floors I have and the soundproofing is great. The cleaning staff cleans out the hallways pretty often and I feel safe. There was one break-in in the storage area, but they secured the locks the next day. The only problem here would be that sometimes the large tree branches fall and damage cars in the rain that we have been having lately. I hear my rent will go up even if I renew..so hopefully it's not much. Downside of the apartments: no central air in the old building that I am in, but the apartment is so quaint I can look past it.
