I was very selective when it came to choosing an apartment, and I inquired and/or toured almost every apartment complex in Whitehall/Allentown. I was beginning to think I would never find a decent place when I found Highland Gardens. As soon as I walked in the apartment I loved it and knew I would take it. I lived in the newer section of the complex, and it appeared to be very classy.
Boy was I wrong.
