Not worth it anymore

We moved into Highland in 2004. Rent was decent for the newer apartments. Central air, deck, garbage disposal, washer/dryer. Then the following year, they jacked up the rent. Now, in 2006, same thing. Now it's over 900 and the management is terrible. It is a great neighborhood and "most" of the people that live here are nice, however, it is very drafty (windows stink) and the walls are sooooooooo thin that I can hear my neighbor peeing in their bathroom. Overall, it's not worth the money.
