We moved here 2 weeks ago. We are still dealing with maintenance problems. A/C does not work. THey do not want to replace it. They say A/C works OK. But apartment is not cooled even 1 degree. They said we have to keep it on longer. We kept it on for 6 hours temperature went up one degree.(from 77 to 78)

Water heater is making sounds like a thunderstorm. They said they will change it. Still waiting.

Windows are the worst I ever seen. No sound or heat insulation. Windows are 30 years old.

A/C, heater and water heater are also 30 years old.

Appliances are the lowest quality. Dish washer is Refrigrator are extremely noisy.

Since windows have no sound insulation, too much noise gets into the apartment. At night I cannot sleep in the bedroom because of the noise from the highway (Route 22).

Management and maintenance are terrible.
When we tell them about the problems, they treat us like we are lying.

This place is one of the most expensive in this area. It definetely is not worth this much money.
