I have lived here for 3 years now, and I have not had the same problems. Although I used to think the windows were drafty, they just replaced all the windows this year and it is much better.
I have found the staff to be very helpful--they come and replace things as soon as I call--no waiting!
The only complaint I have is that the apartment gets very dry during the wintertime--I had to buy humidifiers for my apartment so that my skin wouldn't be so dry. But my AC works fine. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
