Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008

Maintenance is performed almost immediately. All appliances were new when we moved in except for the washer and dryer. Grounds are kept in good condition. Every one is courtious and friendly. They are continually upgrading the building. Snow is removed up to the door and all the roads are open as soon as it stops snowing.
