The Lakes Apartments/Townhouses are quite spacious. Our townhouse has ten closets, two are walk-in closets. The grounds are beautiful. The landscaping is outstanding. There are five full-time maintenance people plus contractors for special projects, and ten to fifteen sub-contractors to take care of the grounds. Most repairs are handled the same day. All staff are friendly and do everything possible to make tenants happy. The interior of apartments are being redone. Appliances are top quality.
