We have lived at the lakes for nearly two years now. In the beginning apartment appearance was truly appealing. But after a while of living at this place you realize numerous centipedes & ants invading your home. If that's not bad enough you will also encounter staff members who believe they have the right to enter your home whenever they want to without even notifying you.

Overall we believe this apartment is extremely expensive and not necessary a place you will feel welcome.

It is quite unfortunate this individual was not pleased. Thankfully, this is not the opinion of most. The Lakes is set within a beautiful pristine natural environment complete with mature trees, extensive landscaping, ponds and wildlife--very park-like. We are diligent about keeping up with tenant requests and ensuring they are completely satisfied with the outcome of our efforts. Regularly we are working on scheduled preventative maintenance checks and equipment upgrades, in which case all affected tenants are notified in advance. Finally, according to our lease agreement staff is able to access a unit in the event of emergency issues.
