Significant RADON problems

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
During recent investigation for sale of complex I heard that required radon testing- very small scale - only a handful of apartments radon readings several times the allowable limit were discovered in some with abatement only helping in a few cases - would like to know if my unit is bad!
