Downhill

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
After only a few weeks of new management the place has started to go downhill already. Only one maintenance guy - previous had three - no management on site - useless office staff. I also hear there is a bad mold problem- wish I would have known this before signing a lease recently.
