Maintenance Problema

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Did not like old management but at least repair service was good. No longer is. Neighbor told me new owner has very poor maintenance on other cheaper apartments in the area. Also keep hearing from other tenants about radon and severe mold problem - would like to know if new owner will be taking care of these issues especially since he wants to raise the rent even higher.
