I am in the process of being evicted simply because my wife couldn't put me on the lease due to my credit being poor. I have two small children, we both work very hard, and were not late with our rent,...not even once...and we were quiet, yet they evicted all of us due to that. They didn't even listen to reason...and didn't care about the fact that we were good tenants.

Maybe it's a blessing in disguise, since the neighbors upstairs are loud and fighting constantly. But we are the third couple in just my building ALONE that has been evicted.

Oh, and my car got stolen, not in the parking lot, but right from Hall Street. They will EVICT a hard working couple with young kids, but they will let in loud, noisy couples, or thugs. Take your pick. I recommend going elsewhere.
