have been a tenant for 8years and seen many changes from management to pricing. i am still happy here and feel new management is doing a fine job. i was very disapointed to learn yvette had left however the new girl is just as nice. we have had an issue in the past with the laundry area being accesible by a homeless man however staff did everything they could to prevent his return. i do however wish the office was open every saturday so as i can continue communications other than notices slipped under our door and notes slipped in drop box. the only true downfall is in the winter during the snowstorms the roads and parking lots need more attention. the new maintenence man mercedes has been doing very well and has come when we needed him the next day. thank you for keeping up our home and we will be staying we are an older couple and the ease of apartment life is better than the big home and upkeeps. my rent has recently increased 25 dollars a year however i heard from friends that there rent increased 50 and apts going down hill. thank you to the staff new and old for making lancaster a nice community to live
