I have lived in Linden Garden Apartments since November of 07 and so far I have no real complaints other than the heat being up too high in the winter. The heat is not individually controlled so I usually have to keep my windows open in the winter. There have not been any bugs or rodents of any kind, but the occasional spider. The apartments are clean and the neighbors are quiet. The apartment is a great size for the price and the expensive utilities (heat, hot water and cooking gas) are included.
Doing your dishes by hand every day gets old fast, and having to go out to do your laundry sucks (though they do have on site laundry room) and I dont like not having a balcony/patio of any kind. There also arent very many windows. These are all things I will want in my next apartment.
The landlord is awesome and accomodating. Overall, I am very pleased with this apartment, and dont mind staying another 9 months or so.
