I was amazed at the size of the apartment. My bedroom is actually large enough for a full size dressser, double bed, computer desk, regular small desk and plenty of room to move around! Closet space is generous and there are individual storage units in the basement for which I have the only the key.
Each apartment has plenty of outside light coming in. When I moved in there was brand new wall-to-wall carpeting, fresh paint on the walls, brand new gas top stove top, and everything was cleaned! Every other apartment that I have moved into - I needed at least two days to clean-up before I felt safe using the bathroom, kitchen or fridge. The cooking gas, hot water and heat are included in the rent and the heat is very generous! I would rather have to open a window for cool air than freeze because it is too cold! There is an air conditioner in each unit supplied by the complex.
No matter what building you are in - you are less than one block from a bus stop. You have your choice of street or off-street parking.
The ONLY downside is when there are big events at the local stadium - then parking on the street is hard - but you always have the off-street parking.
Maintenance emergencies are handled promptly - within 15 minutes or less you have a call back or someone is at your door.
Regular maintenance is handled within 24 hours of the request.
ALL personnel are professional, considerate and polite.
This is a community of all ages from elementary school through retirement. I couldn't ask for a better place (unless it had an indoor pool - but let's be real)
