A classic building in a central location

The Livingston Building has an equal amount of positives and negatives, but the intangibles make the difference. High ceilings, hardwood floors, quiet neighbors make it a great place. Street parking and delayed maintenance time add some challenges. But if you're lucky enough to get into a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath place, you'll see that the positives easily outweigh the negatives...especially at these rent prices.
