Windows are very drafty. It gets very hot in summer and cold in winter. Walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors walking above you and you can hear conversations in the hall. Do not live in an apartment near the elevators, because they are loud. There is no individually controlled heat in the apartment, so mine was always cold in the winter. The doorman is great. Security is excellent-video surveillence everywhere.
