After moving here temporarily while looking for a home in the area, I found my stay to be pleasantly surprising. The manager worked with me continually to ensure I felt secure and comfortable. After a month into my stay, I decided against buying a home and am remaining here instead. I love the "family feel" of the staff here as they have all been most helpful. I recommend young and old to give the Regency a try. I have been here now for over two years and was given only a $5 increase per month recently. The management has given the tenants pool parties and "breakfast for friends" every Sunday for all of us to gather and get acquainted. I know the building is almost full now and with the increased income that must generate, the management is improving our home by leaps & bounds. I have brought two of my closest friends here and they too love it.
