There are serious problems with the maintenance of the building, toxic mold syndrome and if you like to have stink bugs year round this is the place. The superintendant and home office blame problems on each other while never addressing the problems.

The place is dismal and totally outdated. They are putting washers and dryers in the apartments which are breaking PA Code eforcement rulings and creating fire hazards and high humidity hazards.

It seems manangement prefers to run this once fine building into the ground.

It takes calls to code enforcement to have maintenance fix any problems.

There is rarely anyone in the office to address problems to, and if you leave messages, you probably will not be called back.
