Okay...for Allentown

Probably one of the nicer apartment buildings in Allentown with mostly polite, professional people. However, there are problems with draft windows, roaches, and parking.

For some reason, management does not allow tenants to have keys to the side doors that are closest to the parking lot.

Facility offers a pool, sauna, gym, and social room which is great.

Rents are higher than average for the area while maintenance is minimal.
