If you don't mind mice, roaches, and other bugs, you should say yes. If you don't mind one elevator being broken all the time, you should say yes. If you don't mind workers entering without notice, you should say yes. If you don't mind things being stolen from your apartment while you are away, you should say yes. If you don't mind orange pipes and dust throughout your apartment, you should say yes. If you don't mind uncontrolled sweating due to heat you can't control OR freezing your rear off, you should say yes. If you don't mind air conditioners that don't work and take days to fix or replace, you should say yes.

This place is depolorable. I would NEVER, EVER recommend ANYONE live here. Not even the mice that have infested the apartment. If you are lucky, you'll only get roaches instead of mice. How about seeing a mouse in the elevator, now THAT is something you don't see every day - but you can at Regency Towers!

The supervisor, his "assistant", the maintenance... all are useless. They rob you for rent and then rob your apartment as well. Stay away, far far away!

I came home once and found some things missing. Personal property. Undergarments if you will from my dirty laundry bin. Makes you wonder what type of people these management companies hire. I might add that I am male.. just fyi.
