If you are thinking of moving into Regency Towers you had best think again. After living here for a year, I am ready to run faster than a speeding bullet away from this place. There is nothing good about Regency Towers. I read the other reviews... yes, mice, bugs, horrible heating issues, theft... it's all true and it's happened to many people in this building. They should be paying US to live here. Don't believe their lies... for every problem you have, they have an excuse, or your notes get lost or your rent check is lost and you are charged a late fee. Don't trust a word they tell you.
Having a door person does NOT make the place fancy. It just creates an illusion. The door people are useless when you really need something. They enjoy gossip more than work. Don't trust them either... what you tell them gets back to management and then things start to disappear in your apartment. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
