I lived at Regency Towers for a year and hated it. The bugs (roaches and stink bugs) were awful. I thought the roaches would eat my cat. I counted the stink bugs one day and I had 23 in my bedroom and that's not the others in the rest of the apartment. The windows were so old that the wind would whistle and my blinds would clank against the window. The Maintenance team was horrible. From the beginning of our lease to the end of our lease our bedroom AC didn't work, we asked numerous times and it never got fixed. The Hallways always had a awful smell, the lighting was bad. The snow removal was totally pathetic. I would leave in the morning and have to walk through snow and lots of ice to come home at 4:00 to the snow still being as high as it was in the morning and still no salt down. The door people were nosey, I hated to come through the front door, I would go out of my way to come in a back entrance even though the back entrances had barely any light. The elevators would often be down.

But all bad things aside, the apartments themselves were beautiful. There were nice hardwood floors with spacious living area and tons of closets. It's just a shame that the management can't improve everything else.
