First of all, the neighbors are always loud. You can hear them right through
the walls. even above you or below you when there screaming there heads of
like crack heads. Always cold in the winter because they are too cheap to have
it on all day that they only put the heat on at night! The one maintence man
is always smoking cigars and leaves the nasty smell in the elevators and on the
floor they work in. All staff are weird and rude except for the door lady.
The fire alarms are extremely ridiculous loud for no reason and are always going
on when some stupid neighbor sets them off without there being an actual fire!
These apartments should have more cameras.

I lived there until a year ago, in two different apartments. The staff at that time were a mixed bag. The day doorman, who has since retired, held the place together. The doorlady was a gem. Sound transmission was as the rater said and especially bad in the bathrooms; you could hear your neighbor brush his teeth and your upstairs neighbor pee. Since identical apartments are "stacked," the effect was a bit weird. Evidently the reviewer lived on the north said; apartments on the other side are always too hot, winter and summer. The ACs are antiques unless you pester the never-seen manager for a new one. On the good side, the apartments are spacious and the views superb.
