If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live, this is it. I lived there for a year (had to relocate due to work), but would definitely move back. The management has a simple rule: Two strikes and you are out. If a neighbor is too noisy, the tenant is NOT to talk to the neighbor but simply should say something to the management and they'll take care of it. The neighbor gets 1 warning. Second time, they are out. This made everyone be courteous to their neighbors. The area is kept VERY clean and the pool is never swamped, unlike other places I have seen. Nice fitness center too.
