NICE, BUT WON'T STAY THAT WAY

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
GOOD ACCOMADATIONS, HOWEVER, DON'T MOVE IN NEAR THE POOL, YOU'LL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO GET TO SLEEP. THEY LEAVE THE RADIO ON ALL NIGHT, AND PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS BREAKING IN. IF YOU THINK YOU'RE MOVING INTO A GATED COMMUNITY, THINK AGAIN. THE GATES ARE NEVER CLOSED, AND THERE ARE HOMELESS REFUGEES WANDERING AROUND A LOT. MAINTENANCE IS GOOD. PROBLEM RESOLUTION IS POOR. NICEST PLACE THAT ALLOWS DOGS THOUGH.
