Apartment complex is well-kept and staff is personable. Maintenance is quick to fix a problem and there are emergency staff available. It is a plus that pets are allowed but many residents don't follow the pet rules.
The first few months in the complex were enjoyable. There's a fitness room, tennis courts, etc. However, after living there a few months, I noticed that there was a fee for everything such as getting satellite tv, and the staff, especially maintenance, were extremely nosey. Another thing that was an inconvenience is they were always sending notices for inspections of the apartments and to make arrangements for your pets and then they wouldn't show up.
