Riverbend is a beautiful community. The grounds are kept wonderfully. I feel secure here and even though it's hustle and bustle outside the gates Riverbend is quiet and serene. I love taking my dogs for a walk around the grounds. Maintenence works so hard. I see them working from early in the morning til sometimes even really late at night. There is only three of them for the entire property and they do a tremendous job! The office staff is pleasant and fair. They are always friendly and willing to help with whatever problem. I had a problem a while back with my account and they took the time to explain everything to me and made sure to get back to me in a timely manner. Riverbend is a great property. Keep up the great work.
