It's a nice place to reside temporarily. Residents at least where I am are very friendly and courteous. Parking is great, sure spaces might be taken up close to the buildings, but in all honestly how lazy are you to walk a few extra feet. The complex is gated which is great and needed for this section of allentown. Unfornately the front gate is open all time which I wish they would close all the time and have access cards to enter. The riff raff lurking outside the gates can be extremely shady. In all honestly there isn't to much Riverbend can do about that other than what they've already done(security,gates). The apartments are modern, no problems with that, pests are not a problem whatsoever. Maintenace is great, had one request and it was fulfilled in a timely manner. They have many amenities which are a great benefit(pool,gym,tennis,carwash).

Overall I would highly recommend this place. Its truly a great deal for your money compared to what else is available in allentown. The only problem with Riverbend is what is beyond the gates of the complex. Again that's not there fault, it's the city that needs to clean that up.
