I was generally pleased with the apartment complex and management until recent new management took over. The new managment is very slow to respond to requests and also very rude. I called the office to check if a package had been delivered and the response I got was "I am too busy to do that". With that said, it is an aesthetically pleasing complex but I definitely won't be renewing my lease. Never bite the hand that feeds you and that is one lesson the management has yet to learn
