Yuck! I would never rent here. My friend lives here and the place is the cheapest built he has ever been in. Outdated appliances, cheap fixtures, small rooms. Oh and the biggest plus is that several apartments house the mentally ill, addicts and ex- offenders, living in a group home setting. Bet they didn't tell you that when they showed you an apartment. Some of these people have a history of violent behavior.

If you want further information ask about the TLC program sponsored by Lehigh Valley Hospital. In fact ask the leasing agents about the TLC program, while they are showing you an apartment. If they deny that they host it, call Lehigh Valley Hospital. Know what you are getting yourself into before you move!

Oh, and they will tell you this is a "gated" community, then why is the gate on MLK BLVD always wide open. Gated my Arse! This is a crappy apt community in a bad neighborhood. For what they charge to live here, look elsewhere!
