I loved this place when we first moved in, now lately, it seems like it's impossible to get anything taken care of. The lawn is always overgrown, the office voicemail is ALWAYS FULL!! The office door always seems to be locked (however, you can look in and see them in there). Trash and food are all over the grounds. It is disgusting seeing chicken bones are bread crumbs all over the ground. I have a dog, and it is great that baggies are provided for their bathroom breaks, but other dog owners don't appear to notice them (I understand this is not the apartment's responsibility, but its still gross.)

I do love my apartment, but lately it just seems like the staff doesn't care about cleaning up anything or responding to anyone's phone calls.
