I visited this place in search of an apartment and was the victim of a blatent "bait n' switch" by one of the property managers. It didn't appear there was anything available within the timeframe I required. An apartment magically appeared, however I couldn't see it. The property manager collected a $200 deposit to hold the apartment. A contract was signed that aligned my $200 with the apartment. The day after my application was approved, the property manager told me the apartment was no longer available, but had a different apartment available at a much later date. They refused to refund my $200. I ended up filing a lawsuit against the property manager in order to receive my refund. Bunch of crooks operating this apartment complex. Do no even consider this place in your search.
