I am utterly amazed by the people who have written negative reviews of Riverbend.

The previous managers, yes, they where either trash or a mini ------, especially the one with the bad roots. But they are long gone, thank God.

I live here with my dog in a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a fireplace. The service staff are always quick to respond when their was a problem. Not that I have had that many.

The office manager is always here and works very hard to correct what was done wrong by the previous manager.

Now I want to say something about the complaints, get over yourselves. The office is always open, many nights Jackie is here till 8 and makes herself available. As far as people in the office when the door is locked, hmmm, maybe its service staff and they cannot help.

Riverbend is very nice, there is always new plantings, trees, flowers and whatnot.
The pool is clean and there is a new cabana. The pond isnt dyed green, it is supposed to be green.

On the most part the residents are very nice here. There are of course the few morons that dont clean up after thier dogs or make too much noise but thats life.

What are your electric bills like in the winter living there? What are they in the summer? DO you have a 1 or 2 bedroom?
