Not bad if your not planning on living here too long. They don't have a groundsperson anymore, so there is overflowing garbage and dog poop all around the property. The doggy dodo bag dispencers are filled when they feel like it. You pay extra for dogs, but you cant use the dog run cause there is poop there too! Dogs on leashes are ok, but several residents don't even bother.
The office, when they are actually open, is a joke, they never know whats going on. I have no idea where they got the greasy blond from, not office material thats for sure.
Paint is peeling all over the place and there are parts that have never been painted. I have seen the guy the previous post listed as doing landscaping and that person is right, they should hire him, he made this place nice and is friendly to everyone, except the people who dont obey the rules, that the management doenst follow either.
Dont count on security - the "guard" is always in the clubshouse or on the phone.
They used to have a website - but i guess they screwed the person doing that because he took it down then the office decided to say it was never "offical". But they had flyers up about it when it came out. Glad I am moving out!

What were your electric bills like while you lived there? And were you in a small 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom apartment?
