While I've liked my apartment itself for the last 2 years, I could never recommend Riverbend as the management has been a thorn in my side. They don't answer the phone during the day, the office isn't open when it says it is, and it takes multiple requests to even have a possibility of something getting done. For the cost and crappy location, they need to do a lot better to keep renters.

Our property underwent some management changes last year. We were understaffed for a short period of time, but have since hired a great new manager. Our maintenance staff and management is dedicated to making Riverbend a great place to live and welcome our residents feedback to help make this a great place to live.

Riverbend has never had a great manager. The staff I've dealt with there can be described as bimbos at best. They never have the answer to any of your questions. They will promise to get back to you, but it never happens. Stay away from Riverbend and you will be happy.
