I will say that hands down, you're not going to find better bang for your rental buck in the Valley in terms of near-luxury apartments. I'm in a non-upgraded unit and everyone raves about how nice it is. Central air and all electric appliances are great. Maintenance hasn't been a problem thus far. So far, Riverbend has been a great experience. The area around the complex isn't great, but it's gated in and I haven't felt unsafe here yet.

Riverbend has one gate. Anyone can walk/drive in the back gate at any time of the day so you are not safe. Trash overflows from the dumpsters on a routine basis. The heat/air units are ancient and have never been updated. Maintenance is awful. If you stay there long enough you will find this out. Your roof is guaranteed to leak.
