	Always clean, smells nice. Any bug issues are taken care of immediatly. Never saw roaches, but did see ants & bees. Maintence is wonderful about fixing things in an timely mannor.

	Nice property and location. Excellent maintenance assistance. Staff does not rent to many non-caucasians. Certain staff give preference to their friends when tenants make requests. No roaches, lots of bees nests on property/patios though. Safe neighborhood for your cars to ... more
