The place has bad plumbing and I've had pipes break 6 times in less than a year. They are slow to fix it and don't clean up sewage that has leaked out of these pipes. So the place starts stinking and then they send you threatening letters that they will evict you because of bad smells coming from the apartment.

There's a flasher who comes to the ground floor windows and has for years from what the cops say. Management keeps promising to install better lighting but never does.
