The staff is definately a little short handed but they do their best to accomodate the residents and make things nice. They do not seem to have the benefit of a huge management company or conglomerate ownership but more of an almost owner operated smaller but hands on management.

Bottom line is that the apartments are larger then most and rent is below market making it a great value. Also, compared to other apartment complexes in the vicinity which is what matters, Society Hill is much much, quieter, safter, and nicer overall with relatively decent and friendly fellow tenants as your neighbors.
